Cari Marshall has been an arts professional for more than ten years. She and her husband, fellow progressive
operative Eric de Valpine, have lived in Long Beach since 2000.
Donna Hilbert is a poet and writer whose latest book is Traveler in Paradise: New and Selected Poems, Pearl

Lenore Brown, who has lived in Long Beach for over 20 years, is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She and her
husband Don (an active PDP member) are recent “empty-nesters” whose daughter attends Stanford University.
Tere Sievers - originally a Jersey Girl - moved in 1971 to Long Beach, where she and her husband Ron raised
their two daughters. A long-time volunteer and community activist, she works as a Marriage and Family Therapist
in private practice.
